Brandon Weeden throws two passes on one play, the second for a TD…only its illegal

Cleveland Browns quarterback Brandon Weeden finished 22 for 35 passing, 291 yards and two touchdowns but threw the ball off his teammate’s helmet, caught his own pass, and threw it again, this time for a touchdown. Only, that is illegal. Only one pass per play. The play was called back and Cleveland was penalized five yards for two forward passes.
